The Base Model Kit is designed to be the most cost-effective option for getting your bike through inspection. Lower quality parts (Not OEM Quality Hand Brake Setup) but compliant with Michigan Standards. Which every way you decided to go, Dirtlegal or filing your own paperwork, this kit includes everything needed to pass inspection and remain street legal with the exception of DOT tires. Most states don't require front turn signals but we also offer those as an additional option if requested.
 
Kit Includes
Fully integrated taillight with license plate bracket, license plate light, and integrated rear turn signals. Also included are 3 rivets (Red, Black, Blue) for installing custom aluminum bracket to the rear fender
Dual 7" light bar for hi/lo beam including custom aluminum brackets for mounting to the handlebars. Currently tested on DBK and Pro Circuit Bars however this kit does not mount to stock bars. Designed for 7/8 bars.
OEM quality handlebar multi-function switch with rear turns signals, horn, and hi/lo and off headlight. 
Rear brake light foot brake switch and custom mounting bracket
Base level front brake lever with build in switch. This is the most cost-effective way of adding a brake light switch to the handlebar controls. ***Note that the brake lever with integrated switch included in the kit is low quality. This was used to keep the cost as low as possible. To make it clear, the brake perch has a lot of play in it however all functions work as they should. 
Custom 2 wire plug and play watertight harness. Our harness is custom built specific to the bike. All connectors are OEM automotive grade, and you only need to connect 2 wires. The positive goes to the switched ignition (see install video) and the ground connects to the factory ground terminal bolt.

For use on the road, this kit will make you Michigan Compliant after inspection by police office has been completed. All you need is DOT tires, proof of insurance and motorcycle endorsement.
 
Michigan Process in 4 easy steps
1. Install our kit (must also purchase a set of DOT Tires if officer cares)
2. Take TR54 Vehicle Number and Equipment Inspection form to any police officer (for Signature) Complete Part 1 and Part 2B
3. Register your bike at Secretary of State (must have Motorcycle endorsement and proof of Insurance)
4. Put Plate on bike and rip!
 
Note - Michigan requirement is that the hi and lo beam are not functioning at the same time during inspection. Our light comes prewired for dual light beam (off road use only). Most inspectors don’t care about dual hi/lo together however if they do, see install video for separate hi/lo function.
